Attached you will find a .xml file you can import into Tack-it to highlight your work orders. This goes a long way to bringing attention to work orders that need priority over others. They work like this:
We have tried doing this with the text using the colors but they were easily washed out by the white background native to Track-it so we switched to background colors that stand out, then colored text. Play around with the different formats to see what works best for you and your organization. Keep in mind, highlighting works in the order they are created so in the instance above, overdue work order highlighting will happen even if the work order was modified by the requester since that rules is at the top of the list.
