What you get with your subscription
For a monthly per-user subscription fee, you get Web access, supported on all major browsers, to the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, including service desk, change management, service request management, asset management, service level management, knowledge management, configuration management database (CMDB), MyIT (base module), SmartIT and ITIL v3 best practices, with an option to add Analytics OnDemand, MyIT Premium, Virtual Agent OnDemand, AppZone OnDemand and Discovery OnDemand.
