    QUESTION:

    Common Service Request Section not Showing all Service Requests in Self Service 3.0 Home Page.
    However ,clicking on "All" link shows all Service Requests.

    ANSWER:

    This is based on Users machine screen resolution and browser zoom settings.
    Based upon available space Common Service Requests and other Tiles are displayed on page.
    This is applicable for both the sections ,"Popular Self Help Articles" and "Common Service Request" .

    If User wants to see all the Common Service Requests on Home page.Reduce the browser zoom or switch to higher resolution monitor.
