    QUESTION:

    How to enable chat icon in DWP and lunch BMC Helix Chatbot from the chatbot icon?


    ANSWER:


    Below are the steps:

    Step 1:
    1. Login to DWP Admin console.
    2. Configuration >Features> Check Virtual Chat Checkbox

     Step 2:

    1. Login to DWP Admin console.
    2. Configuration > Virtual Chat > Enter Chatbot URL and save (same URL should be present in IS)

    For Ex: Below URL will open the Helix BMC Chatbot .

    http://IS-jshori:8008/com.bmc.dsm.chatbot/index.html#/chatbot/window


    Go back to DWP and refresh the page and you should be able to see chat icon.
