Atrium CMDB: Discovery Federation Launch in Context in CMDB Does not Find Some CIs from Discovery

    PROBLEM:

    On trying to retrieve a CI using the Federated Link for Discovery in CMDB Explorer, it gives a false message that the CI does not exist.

    The CI exists when checked in Discovery directly.
    This behaviour is seen only for a few CIs.


    CAUSE:

    This was reported as defect SW00561768 (Internal Defect) in the Remedy ITSM 19.11 SaaS Release and the 19.08 On Premise release.


    SOLUTION:

    The issue is fixed in the following versions:
    - Remedy ITSM 19.11 SaaS release
    - Remedy ITSM 20.02 On Premise Release

    Upgrade to one of the above versions for the fix of this issue.
