    QUESTION:

    How do you manually reprocess FDS records on IS?


    ANSWER:

     

       
    • Log onto IS as tadmin and then
    •  
    • Click on Workspace
    •  
    • Click on Foundation     
           
      • Go to Records: look for SYNC  by using the search bar.
      •    
      • Go to FoundationSync Option,       
               
        • Check the check box
        •     
      •

    • Go to Edit Data

    • Select from the Elipse (see Elipse highlighted in Yellow)

    • IS associated Object
    •  
    • IS Audit Type
    •  
    • Status
    •  
    • Summary

    • The Filter these records by     
           
      • Foundation Audit Object :       
               
        • Select People and Organization (check both)
        •     
      •    
      • IS SYNC RESULT       
               
        • Select Error
        •      
        • Click on Apply
        •     
      •

    • Then, select all the resulting records

      • Select Bulk Edit

      • Set Status to Unprocessed and Save

      • Wait for 15-30 minutes and records should get processed
      •  
      • Repeat as much as necessary
