Receiving SOQL 101 Error When Submitting Service Request in Self Service 3.0.
Please check below points to resolve this issue:
- Verify the Process builder associated with the particular Service Request.
- Add criteria to execute it on a particular conditions and not every time.
- Verify the SOQL 101 error is resolved and able to submit Service request successfully from Self Service site.
