The following error message will appear in the TrueSight Presentation Server (TSPS) console and the Synthetic TrueLog while executing a Silk Performer Browser Driven Monitor (BDM) script on the Synthetic Transaction Execution Agent (TEA):

This error can be caused by many reasons. Below are a few causes:
1. The download has failed (the connection was interrupted).
2. The Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection is reset.
3. It may be caused by a firewall or Internet service provider (ISP) blocking the browser.
