    QUESTION:

    Is Data Collection Affected in BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) Cloud Probe if error "EPX ERROR: Cannot decompress object" is Found in epx.log?


    ANSWER:

     

    The error "Cannot decompress object" can be ignored, it might appear when Cloud Probe receives broken hits. This error does not affect product functionality and there is no way to isolate the page or object.
