    DETAILS:

    Show risk questions and responses option is not available when risk level is manually overridden.
    Steps to reproduce:

    1) Create a Change Request in Smart IT and answer the Risk Level Questions
    2) Open the above change request in IT Service Management (ITSM)
    3) Change the Risk Level Manually by selecting from the Drop-down.
    4) Refresh the Change Request in Smart IT, the "Show risk questions and responses" option is not available anymore.

    Since, there has been a change in the Design since Smart IT 18.08 onwards. The missing option was available in Smart IT 18.05
