Getting below error when publishing a service from Helix Chatbot
13517 - The dialog for transferring to a live agent is missing from the IBM Watson skill. Search BMC Support Central with this error code for instructions on how to create the missing dialog.
This issue happens If you are using IBM Watson Assistant Skills version 18.08 or earlier - You must manually update the Live AgentChat - Login dialog node and create a few child nodes in the IBM Watson Skills.
If you are creating a new workspace and trying to publish service into your new workspace then also you must manually update the Live AgentChat - Login dialog node and create a few child nodes in the IBM Watson Skills.
