    PROBLEM:

    Incoming Emails fail to create on AR System Email Messages form.

    The email.log shows the below error:

    Invalid Value.; There was an error while creating entry in the data base, so tried to forward the mail but mail address not found in emaildaemon.properties

    Message will be deleted without logging in email messages form because there is an error on submit.

    CAUSE:

    The Reference IDs (18307) field Character field is missing in the 'Message Information' tab of the AR System Email Messages as well as AR System Email Error Messages.

    1. Take a backup of below forms using Developer Studio:

       
    •  AR System Email Messages
    •  
    • AR System Email Error Messages
       2. Import the attached definition files AR System Email Messages and AR System Email Error Messages using Developer Studio.
    3. Flush the Mid-tier cache.
