    QUESTION:

    How to create a Business Rule to Notify Requestor/Technician when Ticket Notes are added to the ticket?


    ANSWER:

     

    1. Create a business rule with following details:
    User-added image

    Actions:
    User-added image
    User-added image

      

    2. Activate the Business Rule.
    3.Create a ticket with a requestor/technician with valid email-address.
    4.Add a Public Note to the Ticket.
    5. Observe email notification is sent to the requestor and last ticket note added
    is present in the notification email body.
