End User are unable to Change Requested For and submit requests for other users in MyIT

    PROBLEM:

    For end users ie users with READ license cannot see Change button in MyIT while submitting a request.
    The same works fine for users with fixed and floating license.


     


    CAUSE:

    obo.enabled.for.all flag in MyIT SRM Pluggable Provider was set to false


    SOLUTION:

    Set obo.enabled.for.all flag in MyIT SRM Pluggable Provider was set to true, save changes and reload providers.
