TrueSight Application Management (Portal Component) - Access for Dump Extraction

    As we all know in TrueSight Application Management, we need to Download all Zips for Troubleshooting purposes from Portal Console.


    Whenever you try to access Portal URL - https://<SERVER FQDN>>:8101/portal-console, it will prompt you for Credentials (Username / Password).


    As now complete Account Management takes place from Remedy Single Sign-on (RSSO) we expect that Local Management Accounts will work from there.


    However, the case is different in case of Portal Console access even if you have added it as a Component in TSPS Console.


    Default (Username / Password) for ITAVM Portal Console - (admin/admin).


    As many of us find hard time finding the default credentials in the docs for Portal - console.
