Atrium Integrator Job is unable to read file from a Secured Shared Drive

    PROBLEM:

    Atrium Integrator Job is unable to read file from a Secured Shared Drive.

    Job is completing successfully but it is not reading file from shared drive.


    CAUSE:

    Permission Issue


    SOLUTION:

     

       
    • Atrium Integrator Jobs gets processed by diserver (Data Integration server) process.
    •  
    • OOTB all process related to ARSystem including Diserver runs with System account.

    • So make sure that System account has read access to the shared drive.

    • If you are using different account for starting AR System then make sure that account is added in the permissions.
