    QUESTION:

    What must be activated in Administrator Security Profile in order to be able to use Direct Access tools


    ANSWER:

    Administrator must have View on Devices, Manage on Direct Access and Manage on Agent Configuration Capabilities

    You can also add Manage on File Transfer if you want to use file transfer

    In Dynamic objects, All objects with "Devices" type must allow Read Access and Direct Access
