    PROBLEM:

    Customer was given a specific collector configuration by Engineering in order to enable collection of remote files systems on Linux. Remote/NFS filesystems are not enabled to be collected by default. 

    When the admin installed the collector, the data collection was successfully started. However, there were no remote filesystems being collected. 


    CAUSE:

    QM002283578 - File System Statistics for remote (NFS) file systems on Linux fails to collect data.


    SOLUTION:

    This problem is being tracked by Defect QM002283578 - File System Statistics for remote (NFS) file systems on Linux fails to collect data. .  A fix will be available in the TrueSight Capacity Optimization [Gateway Server|Agent] Cumulative Hot Fix (CHF) package for TSCO version 10.3.00 scheduled to release mid-july.
