In TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) version 11.5 'cpit start' incorrectly reports  "At least one enabled service failed startup, check status and logfiles"

    PROBLEM:


    In TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) version 11.5.01 when running 'cpit start' the command reports:
    At least one enabled service failed startup, check status and logfiles

    But running 'cpit status' shows that all of the expected services are running.


    CAUSE:

    Defect DRCOZ-26355


    SOLUTION:

    The problem where 'cpit start' incorrectly reports  "At least one enabled service failed startup, check status and logfiles" is being tracked by Defect DRCOZ-26355: "TSCO 'cpit' startup script incorrectly reports status" and will be addressed in the next TSCO Cumulative Hot Fix (CHF) package 11.5.01.001.C00006 targeted for release the week of May 4th.

    UPDATE: the defect was not extended to EE in version 20.02  it was only applicable to the  AS, this defect will be extended to EE in CHF 6 for 20.02 release date June 26
