As part of BMC’s continued focus on improving the online experience, we will upgrade our Knowledgebase and Search BMC Support tools over the weekend of June 5-7, 2020.
Search BMC Support and Knowledge Articles will be unavailable during the period from 9 pm Central Time Friday June 5th until 4 pm Central Time Sunday June 7th.
If you need access to the content or search during the time it is unavailable, much of it will be available by searching either:
1. Communities.bmc.com – which includes the content for public knowledge articles plus all the Communities solutions
2. Docs.bmc.com – which includes the product documentation
3. Youtube.com – which includes the support videos
This upgrade will deliver several enhancements including:
- Improving search relevance by considering Favorite Products
- Defaulting the search results display recommended content based on Favorite Products
- Removing non-product related Communities content from search results
After the upgrade is complete, an update will be provided that covers the changes in more detail.
