Knowledge & Search Unavailable June 6-7

    As part of BMC’s continued focus on improving the online experience, we will upgrade our Knowledgebase and Search BMC Support tools over the weekend of June 5-7, 2020.

    Search BMC Support and Knowledge Articles will be unavailable during the period from 9 pm Central Time Friday June 5th  until 4 pm Central Time Sunday June 7th.



    If you need access to the content or search during the time it is unavailable, much of it will be available by searching either:



    1. – which includes the content for public knowledge articles plus all the Communities solutions

    2. – which includes the product documentation

    3. – which includes the support videos



    This upgrade will deliver several enhancements including:


    • Improving search relevance by considering Favorite Products
    • Defaulting the search results display recommended content based on Favorite Products
    • Removing non-product related Communities content from search results


    After the upgrade is complete, an update will be provided that covers the changes in more detail.
