While changing the Status of the Work Order the Technician might encounter the following error:
Larger System Notes causes this.
In order to fix this you will have to update the work order status from the Database side.
Please note: This is a solution which needs executing a query on the Track-It 11.4 Database. Please make sure we have a working backup taken prior executing this query.
update dbo.TASKS set WorkOrderStatusId=2 where WO_NUM=Work Order Number;
update dbo.TASKS set CLSDBY='Technician Name' where WO_NUM=Work Order Number;
update dbo.TASKS set CLSDDATE='Closed Date' where WO_NUM=Work Order Number;
The above queries should help you resolve your issue and the work order would be closed.
