Agentless Discovery is not Populating Primary Client in BMC Helix Remedyforce
Old discovery Import Logs are present
Delete the Discovery Import Logs records from Discovery Import Log Object and then follow the process in documentation to populate Primary Client.
To delete the Discovery Import Logs
- Create Discovery Import Logs Tab and the Open the Tab
- Delete all the records for this Object.
