    PROBLEM:

     

    Unable to run Database Consistency Checker (DB Checker) receiving the below error on armonitor.log file.
    Example:

    CAUSE:

    Environment specific or Internet is not enabled on AR Server box.


    SOLUTION:

     

    Follow the below steps to run the CheckDB manually (Windows).
    1- Open a cmd session as "run as administrator".
    2- Go to the main AR installation directory.
    3- Run the below command:
         ardbutils.bat -dbCheckOnly

    Example of the output:

         User-added image

    The ardbcheck.log file will get generated in the main "db" directory. 

    Alternate step for Linux
    - Navigate to /opt/bmc/ARSystem/ and execute the below script. 
       ardbutils.sh -dbCheckOnly
    - The ardbcheck.log file will get generate in main DB directory.
    Or redirect the output file using below example.  
       /ardbutils.sh -dbCheckOnly  > /opt/bmc/ARSystem/db/ardbcheck.log
