How to run a Track-It! Report for the last month date records without beign prompt by parameters

    QUESTION:

    How to run a Track-It! Report with the last month records only without being prompted for a set of dates


    ANSWER:

    In order to get this records without using Parameters to filter the report values

       
    1. We need two Calculated Fields to be added on Field List
    2.  
    3. Go to Field List Panel
    4.  
    5. Click on Add calculated field

    7. Provide the inputs requested

    8.  
    9. Use below Expression     
           
      • LocalDateTimeNow()
      •   
    10.  
    11. Create another Calculated Field     
           
      • User-added image
      •   
    12.  
    13. Use below Expression     
           
      • LocalDateTimeLastMonth()
      •   
    14.  
    15. Once the Calculated Fields are created, return to Properties and locate Filter String within (Report)

    17. Click on the 3 dots ... at the end of the field
    18.  
    19. Add a Condition in Filter Editor

    21. Select is between and after select in the next object Property

    23. And Locate the new Calculated Field

    25. See how it should like below

    27. Save and Run the Track-It! Report
    28.  
    29. You will see all records between current and last month date.
