Customized fields in Track-It! Ticket form does not display data values in reports

    PROBLEM:

    A Track-It! report does not displayed value data from field objects added

    Replicating the issue

       
    1. Copy a Track-It! report     
           
      • User-added image
      •   
    2.  
    3. Customize the report objects     
           
      • User-added image
      •   
    4.  
    5. Previewing the Report results     
           
      • User-added image       
        •   

       


      CAUSE:

      Track-It! report copied maintains the previous data of the original report, and because of it custom fields are not updated as already described above Also those fields are not even present in Track-It! Data Source Field List


      SOLUTION:

      NOTE Target Response, Actual Response, Target Resolution, Actual Resolution were customized previously in Track-It! Ticket form as below descirbed.

         
      • User-added image
      In order to obtain the data values in report we need to  
         
      1. Create the report from scratch (as we observed, now the customized fields are present and can be selected to populate the report)     
             
        • User-added image
        •    
        • Within the report (Field List)
        •    
        • User-added image
        •   
      2.  
      3. Save the report
      4.  
      5. Preview the report     
             
        • User-added image
        •   
      6.  
      7. Data value can be observed now
