    PROBLEM:

    The Scan Configurations such as Target List, Active Protocols are removed or deleted if multiple scanners are configured with Track-It!.


    CAUSE:

    A product design issue affecting a smaller number of customers


    SOLUTION:

    Solution:

    This is a product defect that has not yet been fixed. Please refer to the Defect ID # DRZOZ-21606: Multiple Network Scanners are enabled in Asset Configuration
