Error when selecting Problem Coordinator menu, no results are returned. Entry-does-not-exist-in-database-ARERR-302 on the PBM:Problem Investigation form.
During upgrade menus not updated on the PBM:Problem Investigation form.
In developers studio check the menus on the PBM:Problem Investigation form. The menu PBM:PBI:PbmCoord-Grp_Company and CTM:SGE:PbmCoordinator-PBM-Q was missing. Add the menu to the Problem Coordinator field. Test and verify the error is resolved and the field populates.
