    PROBLEM:

    If this is a fresh registration, try clearing cache and logging in again.

       
    • Clear cache or try another browser
    •  
    • Go to bmc.com/support 
    •  
    • Login top right
    •  
    • Make sure you are prompted to enter your email and password; otherwise, clear cache or start another type of browser if available.
    •  
    • Go to the Manage Support ID tab
