    PROBLEM:

    - Login to the DWP Admin Console.
    - Go to Configiration > Enhanced Catalog.
    - provided all requested values and hit Save button.
    Below error message pops up.

    "There was a problem verifying the connection with your user account.The setting have been Saved.
    Encountered an internal error. look at the application error logs for details"

     


    CAUSE:

    Configuration


    SOLUTION:

    This particular customer has a RSSO-DWPC integration. 
    They added integration user to the Realm which was getting used by hannah_admin user and the issue resolved.
