TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) version 11.5 reports error message HTTP Status 405 – Method Not Allowed when trying to deactivate the tagging rule

    PROBLEM:

     

    When trying to activate or deactivate a tagging rule, for both out of the box and custom rules, an error message is displayed in the TSCO Console:

    HTTP Status 405 – Method Not Allowed

      
      

     


    CAUSE:

    Defect DRCOZ-25690


    SOLUTION:

    This problem is being tracked by Defect DRCOZ-25690: 'Activation/Deactivation of tagging rule return HTTP 405 – Method Not Allowed'.  A fix is available in TrueSight Capacity Optimization Cumulative Hot Fix (CHF) 11.5.01.001.C00005 and later.
