Truesight Server Automation (TSSA) :Getting "Failed to deserialize reply" in TSSA Console when trying to open NSH Script

    PROBLEM:

    When trying to open Truesight Server Automation (TSSA) Depot objects we might receive the below error message on screen and BLWorkbench.log:

    CAUSE:

    This may be caused by a version mismatch between the TSSA Console and the TSSA Application Server


    SOLUTION:

    Ensure that the TSSA console has been upgraded to exactly match the TSSA Application Server version/build and retest.
