How to change your User ID to access the BMC Customer Support Portal

    User ID change

    While it is possible to change the contact details at https://www.bmc.com/support/support-central.html => My Support tab => My Support Profile => My Login Profile it is not possible to change the User ID (email address).

    Please contact customer_care@bmc.com to change your Email Address (User ID).

    Note: If you have changed companies, you will need to register again with your new email address.

    You have several options for reaching customer support:

    • From the Support Central dashboard, click the ‘Contact Support’ menu link and then select your region from the drop down menu to access contact information for your region.
