Getting "Product Not Installed" message executing DI within ISPF

    QUESTION:

    Customer has installed new maintenance that includes BQQ4203; while testing the ISPF interface they get the message product not installed. 


    ANSWER:

    During installation there is a batch job $830DOPT that is created and includes a step to update the LIBDEF for the new maintenance libraries. CLIST BMCDBU will execute against these libraries. Customer had not run that job and therefore the warning message. Executing this job resolved the error condition.
