MAXM DB Advisor GUI was hung and not functioning

    PRODUCT:

    MAXM Database Advisor for IMS



    PROBLEM:

    MAXM DB Advisor GUI was hung and was not allowing the user to sign-on. Issue resolved after having the advisor tasks recycled.


    CAUSE:

    Problem occurred because the CWL Link List Iterator Invalid State was not being handled properly


    SOLUTION:

    This issue is resolved by PTF's BPJ2191 and BPJ2192 which are available on eFix.
