Visualforce Page not Displaying Properly in Lightning when used in Object in BMC Helix Remedyforce

    PROBLEM:

    When you drag and drop a Visualforce page element into a page layout in lightning it could be the case that after saving it does not show properly on a record.

    i.e. Knowledge Article page layout with Visualforce page element "Self Service Link" please see image below.

    CAUSE:

    The field does not have the proper height and width.


    SOLUTION:

    Modify the Visualforce Page field properties

       
    1. Edit the page layout of the object affected
    2.  
    3. Find the Visualforce page that is not displaying correctly. 
    4.  
    5. Hover over it and click on the gear icon | Adjust Width and Height as desired.

            4. Verify your Visualforce page field displays correctly.
