    QUESTION:

    When trying to register TSCO component on TSPS server, it fails with internal error
    BCO_PRV_ERR101 - [RegisterComponent] - FQDN is missing an it is a mandatory property

    The data-prv.log shows below error:
    ERROR - BCO_PRV_ERR101: [ConfigurationRestWS] - Failed to register component

    ANSWER:

    Execute these steps in order to solve the problem:

       
    1. Run the command tssh properties list command on TSPS server.
    2.  
    3. Check if the property loadbalancername is empty.
    4.  
    5. If yes:     
           
      • Set this property with the command tssh properties set loadbalancername <TSPS Server name> reload
      •    
      • Add the TSCO component again
      •
