    How to Configure Salesforce Business Hours with BMC Helix Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:

    It's recommended to configure the default business hours and time zone associated with the business hours in the organization to calculate the due date by using these values.

    To configure the business hours navigate to Setup > Company Profile > Business Hours.
