    QUESTION:

    How to Login to BMC Helix Remedyforce on Mobile with SSO enabled?


    ANSWER:

    If you have SSO enabled it may be the case that you would not be able to log in on the Mobile Salesforce1 app with your regular credentials, Instead you would need to do the following.

    1) Enter to Salesforce in your desktop browser
    2) Go to Setup | Domain Management | My Domain
    3) Copy your domain name
    4) Go to your smartphone app and in the bottom right corner you should see a "Use Custom Domain"

    6) Enter your Salesforce credentials and Log In
