    PROBLEM:

    RSSO was upgraded to 19.02.
    ARServer is 19.02 patch1
    The customer then saw the following issues when opening the CMDB UI:
    1. The login page opens.
    2. The user is logged out automatically and this error is displayed - "Problem accessing /api/rsso-logout. Reason: Not Found"(and in the split second when it opens the UI it shows the message " a username must be supplied in the control record")
     


    CAUSE:

    ARServer defects SW00564162/SW00562380 "CMDB cross-launch not working in 1908"


    SOLUTION:

    There are ARServer hot fixes for both 19.02 patch1 and 19.08, contact support for them
