    PROBLEM:

    Insufficient Privileges Error when Accessing the Self Service Link of a Request Definition

    Error: 
    "You do not have sufficient privileges to access the request definition. Please contact yous System Administrator".


     


    SOLUTION:

    Make sure Site URL of Self Service is correct. It should be according to My Domain URL

    Steps to Check My Domain URL:
    1.Login in Remedyforce as Admin.
    2.Go to Setup | Company Settings  |  My Domain
    3.Validate My Domain URL


    Steps to Modify Self Service URL:
    1.Login in Remedyforce as Admin.
    2.Go to Remedyforce Admin tab | Configure Self service  |  General Self Service Settings.
    3.Modify the value of the URL in "Site URL of Self Service"
