    PROBLEM:

    Truesight Server Automation (TSSA) Windows patch analysis job failed with the following error:

    CAUSE:

    Missing ACL on the target server or 'BladeLogicRSCD' not with 'Log on as a batch job' permission


    SOLUTION:

    Make sure that 'BladeLogicRSCD' account on the failed target is part of 'Log on as a batch' local security policy as below:

    Also ensure it's not part of the Deny Logon as a Batch Job policy.

    And from the console right click on the target >> select 'Run Custom Command' >> select 'Agent Information' shows that it is properly mapped to a local admin account.
