When Installing TSSASA, part of the process is to add the TSSA-DW component TSSRSA Installation Docs,
At this point it is possible that the component remains in the updating state for hours, and in reality it is no longer doing anything.

If we check the <install_directory>\appserver\logs\tsrplatform.log We will find that is clearly timing out: Read timed out

    The request has timed out

    Remove the TSSADW component

    On the TSSADW side:
           a) Increase the timeout to 12 hours on TSSA-DW by updating “session-timeout” to 720 in web.xml located at “TSSA-DW\tomcat\conf”

    3) On TSSR Side
         a) Go to:<InstallDirectory>\appserver\conf\ and set these values
         Property 'session.timeout.yf.stub' value to 7200000
         Property 'session.timeout.seconds' value to 7200

         b) Go to location  <InstallDirectory>\appserver\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\
Edit the web.xml file and change the below 'JDBCTimeout' parameter's value to 43200 (12 hours).

Restart both the TSSADW and TSSR services and then add component again

Monitor the tsrplatform.log looking for Read timed out
