BSA/TSSA: Error downloading Shavlik URL Configuraiton file: "Connection to the https://content.ivanti.com/data/partner/manifest/partner.manifest.xml terminated abruptly..."

    PROBLEM:

    Downloading Ivanti URL config files in TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) fails with the following error:

    Connection to the https://content.ivanti.com/data/partner/manifest/partner.manifest.xml terminated abruptly. Please verify Internet connectivity and if you have provided proxy then verify your proxy settings

    NOTE:
    - it is possible to download the file using the same URL with a browser on the same server


    CAUSE:

    proxy configured in patch global configuration not allowing https


    SOLUTION:

    Make sure that the proxy setting configured on the browser matches the one on Patch Global Configuration.

    The proxy configured in Patch Global Configuration should allow access to the ivanti URL

    Make sure the protocol of the proxy is not HTTP
