    How to Remove the Submit a Ticket Option from the Self Service in BMC Helix Remedyforce:

       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration tab
    2.  
    3. Under Configure Self Service select Tile Visibility and Order
    4.  
    5. Uncheck the Submit a ticket option
    6.  
    7. Click Save
    8.  
    9. Verify Submit a Ticket is no longer displayed in the Self Service
       NOTE: If you would like to display/hide other Self Service sections it is also done from this menu
