How to Remove the Submit a Ticket Option from the Self Service in BMC Helix Remedyforce?
How to Remove the Submit a Ticket Option from the Self Service in BMC Helix Remedyforce:
- Go to Remedyforce Administration tab
- Under Configure Self Service select Tile Visibility and Order
- Uncheck the Submit a ticket option
- Click Save
- Verify Submit a Ticket is no longer displayed in the Self Service
