    QUESTION:

    How to Remove the Submit a Ticket Option from the Self Service in BMC Helix Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:

    If for some reason you would like to remove the "Submit a Ticket" section from the Self Service, you can follow these steps.

       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration tab
    2.  
    3. Under Configure Self Service select Tile Visibility and Order
    4.  
    5. Uncheck the Submit a ticket option
    6.  
    7. Save
    8.  
    9. Verify it is not displaying anymore on the Self Service
       Note: If you would like to display/hide any other Self Service sections you can do it from this menu
