    QUESTION:

    BMC Helix Remedyforce - How to Display Tooltip for Category Description in Self Service 3.0?


    ANSWER:

    Enable category Description will provide more information about category to Client in the form of Tool tip by just hovering mouse in Self Service 3.0

    1. Login to BMC Helix Remedyforce as Admin
    2. Click on Remedyforce Administration tab
    3. Select Configure Self Service | Category 
    4. Turn on “Display tool tip for category description in Self Service 3.0" option
    5. Login to Self Service 3.0 and verify the tool tip is visible now.
