dbsrv process not starting for TSIM HA when using OS cluster

    QUESTION:

    The TrueSight Infrastructure Management servers Sybase database fails to start and the following error is recorded in the storm_<TSIM_Hostname>.log (under pw\asatmp):   
       E. 02/01 14:12:52. Fatal error: A disk write to file "TrueSight\pw\sybase\storm_<TSIM_Hostname>.db" failed with error code: (170)   
    E. 02/01 14:12:52. Fatal error: Internal error.  


    ANSWER:

    Just restarting the TSIMs (in any order), did not resolve the problem.

    The only known solution to this problem is restarting both nodes/VMs of the TSIM Windows cluster.
