TrueSight Orchestration 8.x.xx
Users cannot log into the BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) Dashboard. All login attempts fail for all users, including aoadmin. The Dashboard log file contains this error for each login attempt:
The files gridmap.properties and gridhosts.properties are configured properly and contain no ports. The Dashboard can communicate with the Configuration Distribution peer (CDP).
The Dashboard cannot reach BMC Remedy Single Sign-On because its cannot find port information in the CDP's authentication.xml file.
Open the file [TSO_HOME]\config\authentication.xml for your CDP. It should look like this:
The <url> element must contain a port. If it does not, the Dashboard cannot parse the URL properly and will assume the port -1. Add the correct port to the URL, save the file, and restart the CDP and Dashboard.
