    QUESTION:

    The customer wants to convert for the alarm numeric value as follows:
    Please tell me how to reformat it.

    example) 235.4855 ==> 235.49

    ANSWER:

    MVAlarm allows to format the floating point element value with the specified decimal point.

    &element_name.VNxx
    &element_name:sumtype.VNxx

    where xx is the number of decimal point.

    Therefore, you can do that following: &APQUEUED:SUM.V with &APQUEUED:SUM.V2 in Start message text.

    Then, the number in the element QPQUEUED will be formatted with 2 decimal point.

    And also, If start message is &APQUEUED:SUM.V with &APQUEUED:SUM.V0, it will be formatted with 0 decimal point. (No decimal point)
