    PROBLEM:

    Smart Reporting hangs when sharing a report through email


    SOLUTION:



    1. Log in to Smart Reporting with an Administrator user and go to the administration menu. 
    2. Go to configuration option and select email. 
    3. Enable the send email in background feature. 
    4. Save the change.
